Barlow Memorial Library, Iowa Falls Incoming club presidents, club secretaries, and new club treasurers are expected to attend.
Participation by incoming president elects, board members, and other current or potential club leaders is strongly encouraged. Each club will be invoiced $30 regardless of the number attending.
